Our Consumer Goods Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.
Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase on our site. These terms explain who we are, how we supply products, refunds and returns, and other important information.
By purchasing products, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. We may amend these terms from time to time — please check them before ordering.

Our contract with you
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email, at which point a contract forms between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and you will not be charged.
We will provide you with an order number — please reference this when contacting us.
Our Products
Product images are for illustration only. We try to display colours accurately but cannot guarantee screen accuracy. Packaging may differ from images shown.
Our rights to make changes
We may make minor product changes to comply with laws or to improve performance. These changes will not affect product use.
Delivery
Delivery costs are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes which you must pay.
Goods will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we will inform you and are not liable for associated delays.
If no one is available to receive delivery, you may need to rearrange delivery with the courier.
Once delivered, the goods are your responsibility. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.
Refunds, Returns & Replacements
If the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or misdescribed: you may request a refund or replacement, and we will cover reasonable return costs.
If you change your mind: you may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving them. You must pay return postage.
You cannot return:
- Opened or unsealed products (for health/hygiene reasons).
- Goods valued under £42.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving returned goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Faulty Goods
You must notify us within 14 days if the product is faulty. Once returned, we will issue a refund or replacement within 14 days.

We only use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Consuming our Products
Consult your healthcare professional before introducing new supplements into your diet.
By purchasing, you confirm you have checked ingredient and allergen information and accept responsibility for your own health outcomes.
Other Important Terms
We may transfer our rights under this contract to another organisation.
You may not transfer your rights without our permission.
No third party has rights under this contract.
A delay in enforcing rights does not waive them.
These terms are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
