Shipping Policy

Please note: All deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Delivery times listed are estimated and may occasionally be earlier or later than stated.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a delivery cannot be completed and is returned to us, the order will be cancelled. The cost of the item only will be refunded once the goods have been received back at our warehouse.

Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Standard Delivery: £3.99
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 working days

International
Standard Worldwide Delivery: £23.99
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–17 working days

Problems Receiving Your Order?

To check if your order has been dispatched, please refer to the dispatch confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you can’t find the email, try the following:

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Search for “Peach Power” or your order number
  • Search for the name of the item(s) purchased

Returns & Refund Policy

To request a return or refund, please email contact@peach-power.com with your:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Order number and product details
  • Phone number (optional)

Bottles and shakers are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Photo proof will be required.

Types of Refunds

Faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose or misdescribed products: You are entitled to a refund or replacement.

Changed your mind? You may return the product if it is unopened and in the same condition it arrived in (including intact packaging). You will be responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

 

How Long Do I Have to Return?

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us if you wish to return them. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened.

You Cannot Return Products That:
  • Have been opened or unsealed (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Have a value of less than £42

 

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the product is faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you must pay return shipping.

 

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery costs may be refunded depending on the circumstances. Deductions may be applied if returned items show signs of use or damage.
