Please note: All deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Therefore all times given below are estimated delivery times. There is a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.
Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout.
Any failed deliveries will be cancelled.
In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only, will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is sent back to our warehouse.

Standard UK Delivery: £5.99

Standard Worldwide Delivery: £23.99

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
How to contact us for Refund and Return goods:
Email us at contact@peach-power.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address
Purchases of bottles & shakers are non-refundable except when the product is defective (photo proof will be required).

TYPES OF REFUNDS:
- If what you have bought is faulty, not fit for purpose, or misdescribed, you will have a right to refund or replacement.
- If you have simply changed your mind about the product, you will be able to get a refund if the Product has not been opened, meaning all packaging is still in the same state as it was when delivered, including the outer tray being in tact. You will have to pay the costs of returning any goods.
How long do I have to change my mind?
- Product/goods. You have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) received the goods. We will not be able to accept returns and give you a refund if the products have been opened.
When you don't have the right to change your mind.
You do not have a right to change your mind and receive a refund in respect of:
- unsealed or opened products as they are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes (as per Regulation 28(3)(a) of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) ; or
- any goods with a value of less than £42.
When we will pay the costs of return.
We will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty, not fit for purpose or misdescribed or you change your mind. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
How we will refund you.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
